Our expert team begins by assessing your concrete's density to select the optimal diamond blades for grinding. This process involves profiling the surface, opening the concrete pores, and creating an unbreakable mechanical bond for the coating. To ensure a flawless finish, we meticulously grind every inch of your floor, including edges, using both machine and hand grinding techniques. Once the surface is perfectly prepared, we apply a high-quality epoxy basecoat followed by a durable polyaspartic topcoat. This combination offers exceptional protection and a stunning aesthetic appeal. Our expertise extends to vertical surfaces, such as cinder blocks, wooden baseboards, steps, and foundation walls.

STEP 3 Basecoat application
To ensure a long-lasting and visually appealing finish, we utilize a combination of epoxy basecoat and polyaspartic topcoat. This cutting-edge system offers flexibility, allowing us to tailor the application process to your specific needs. 1-Day System: Ideal for smaller projects. Limited foot traffic (250 lbs) on the following day. Fully cured within 48 hours. 2-Day System: Suitable for larger projects. Regular foot traffic can resume on the second day. Fully cured within 48 hours. To achieve the desired color and texture, we meticulously mix the basecoat with your chosen pre-blended vinyl flakes. The application process begins with coating vertical surfaces and heavily applying flakes for complete coverage. Before applying the basecoat to the floor, we thoroughly vacuum the surface to remove any remaining debris. This ensures optimal adhesion and a flawless finish.

STEP 4 Design Coat
Our skilled artisans meticulously apply the metallic design coat, transforming your floor into a stunning masterpiece. Once the metallic design coat has cured, we apply a high-performance polyurethane topcoat.
